Restore purchases
On a new or reset iPhone, open the Shop in Spinhue and tap Restore purchases. Remove ads, the Starter pack and an active Spinhue+ subscription come back automatically.
Moving to a new iPhone
Your levels, stars, streak and coins sync through iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new iPhone, keep iCloud turned on, and open Spinhue. Your progress appears within a few seconds.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Manage or cancel Spinhue+
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Spinhue+. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your current period stays active until it ends.
A video did not give a reward
Rewards are granted only when a video plays to the end. If no video is available, wait a minute and try again, and check that your iPhone is online.
